Accelerating transformations

In today’s environment, leaders across industries are facing unprecedented challenges from navigating the health and economic implications of the pandemic to changing consumer behavior, technology disruption, and most importantly, restarting the economy. To prepare for the next normal, they need to significantly accelerate the pace of transformation in their organizations by making a step change in performance improvement, restructuring businesses and industries, building new businesses, innovating at a faster pace, and reinventing their talent model.

Based on our research and work in the last two to three years, only 37 percent of organizations are successful at improving performance and sustaining impact through their change efforts. Furthermore, our research indicates that those that successfully transform at speed and scale and sustain impact over time have the following in common: they plan to outperform and capture full potential, commit to a step change in their organizational health, and focus relentlessly on capability building and assembling a winning leadership team.
